A bunch of us from Render, the college/careers ministry I direct, met at 7:45am & booked it out to World Impact in St. Louis. I absolutely love World Impact for the work that they do in the inner city of St. Louis. My friend Katherine always does a fantastic job pulling everyone together to make a difference. On the morning of May 29th, 2008 at 9:33am, I hopped into my car to drive to St. Louis for a photo shoot until I realized someone, the night before, decided to help keep me cool & well oxygenated for the summer by giving me another open window.
