I recently had the great opportunity to do some shooting for Sizzor Shak Salon & Color Spa with the very lovely Kendra – an up & coming St. Louis model. Kendra has some incredibly striking features & a great working attitude! Plus, she works at a donut shop & is known as “The Donut Queen.” I’m pretty sure she’s the only model to ever have that title! Anyway, Melissa & Michelle did a fantastic job with her hair & makeup. We wanted more of a natural look with her hair, while doing something vivid for her makeup.
We all almost froze to death shooting on location. Thankfully, my amazing assistant Kim, & Kendra’s sweetheart of a fashionista twin, Allison, came out to make the shoot a little warmer by lending a helping hand. I absolutely loved working with everyone! Overall, we had a great day, had a bunch of laughs, ate some bagels, & we got some beautiful lifestyle shots for Sizzor Shak. Take a look!
