Anyone who knows me knows that I’m a patriotic guy. So of course, I absolutely love the huge American flags that are hanging at J5 Crossfit. Pair that with the freedom Harold has to work hard and commit to his fitness and it is a great reminder of how great it is to be an American. We can live out our passions and that is a beautiful thing.
